Everyone is invited to walk with the group (check with your health care professional to be sure you can walk 20 to 40 minutes on pavement). Fitness with friends is fun! No one walks alone; there are groups of slow, medium and speedy walkers. The Community Walking Club meets every Thursday the Library is open, all year around. We walk in any kind of weather except thunderstorms and ice storms. In the winter, we wear treads on our shoes or boots for safety (available at most sporting goods stories).
